What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

For too long, there has been such a stigma for women around getting older, getting gray hairs, going through menopause… almost like our value and our self worth begins to diminish and dwindles.

Katie Fogarty is joining me on the podcast this week. She’s the host of A Certain Age Podcast and has the unique perspective of interviewing hundreds of women in midlife. She’s sharing her own menopause story plus some really awesome pieces of wisdom she had gleaned from her incredible conversations. Don’t miss this one!

Katie chats with us about the challenges of menopause and the physical and mental impacts it can have on women. She addresses the negative view of aging in society and offers ways to challenge this perspective. Finally, she explores the commonalities among women who feel positive about aging and emphasizes the importance of resilience.

Takeaways

  • The modern medical system lacks menopause training, and women need to take control of their own health and seek out menopause specialists for accurate information and support.
  • Menopause can have significant physical and mental impacts on women, including changes in cardiac health, mental health, and bone health.
  • The negative view of aging in society can make women in midlife feel irrelevant or unimportant, but it's important to challenge this perspective and focus on positive aspects of aging.
  • Commonalities among women who feel positive about aging include resilience, the ability to prioritize what truly matters, and a sense of freedom from societal expectations.
