39. All About Intuitive Eating (and Training!)

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

When you "eat healthy", do you simply follow a checklist of rules and strategies and hope for the best? Hopefully not! If being healthy is something that you want to be a lifestyle and last forever, then you need to become more intuitive.

Intuitive Eating (and Training) means beginning with a set of healthy guidelines, but then using your own wisdom and discernment to ultimately guide your food and exercise choices. 

When you eat and train, ask yourself these questions: 

  • Does this meal/workout comply with the SM healthy guidelines?
  • Is there anything that I can change, add, or take away to make it better for my body?
  • How will this food/beverage make me feel in about 30 minutes? Hungry still? Stuffed? Sugared out? Lethargic?
  • Will I feel better if I just eat less or more of it?
  • Will I feel better if I change this workout somehow or do something a little different today?
  • Will this meal/workout be helping or hindering me from reaching my goals?


Don’t just blindly follow rules, but begin to own your journey, feel it in a deeper way, look for insights and clues, and start to make choices that are wise and mature.
