What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Hormones in Midlife: What’s Really Going On?

Midlife can feel like a wild ride—physically, mentally, and emotionally. One of the biggest contributors to this roller coaster? Hormones. As we move through our 40s and 50s, our levels of estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone begin to shift, and for many women, this shift feels destabilizing, confusing, and even a little overwhelming.

You’re not alone if you’ve ever asked: What is going on in my body? And how do I get back in control?

We recently received a great question from Mary:

“I’m 50 years old and I’m really trying to educate myself on hormones and hormone therapies. I hear a lot about estrogen and progesterone, but the one that confuses me is testosterone. Why would a woman need to take testosterone? What are some of the symptoms it can treat?”

To answer this, we brought back a favorite guest: Dr. Kelly Casperson, urologic surgeon and author of You Are Not Broken. In this shortie podcast episode, Dr. Casperson breaks down what’s happening hormonally in midlife and clears up some of the most common myths and misunderstandings—especially around testosterone.

Here’s a sneak peek of what we cover:

  • Why testosterone matters for women (yes, really!)
  • The symptoms of low testosterone you might not realize are hormonal
  • How hormone therapy can support overall wellbeing—not just hot flashes
  • The role testosterone plays in libido, mood, and muscle maintenance

If you’re navigating midlife and feeling like your body is speaking a whole new language, this episode is for you. Hormones don’t have to be a mystery—and understanding them is the first step toward feeling empowered and balanced again.
