What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

This might sound a little punny, but my mind is blown.

I invited Dr. Caroline Lean on the podcast with us to share about our brain, our mindset and our thoughts, and specifically how our mind is intimately connected with our physical bodies.

Many of us women have a silent mess going on inside of our minds, and it has a dramatic impact on our daily mood, and how we show up to take care of ourselves and others. As I coach women with their fitness and nutrition, I see a lot of anxiety, depression and lowered moods, and even toxic thoughts creep into the health sphere. You can have the perfect routine, the perfect meal plan in place, but if your mind is not in the right space, none of it matters.

In this episode, we talk all about anxious thoughts and depression and how most solutions are just band-aids. But one thing she said really stuck with me: “The truth is that we ALL have anxiety and depression.”

Fascinating. So much fascinating stuff in this interview! You’re going to love Dr. Caroline Leaf, she is one of the world’s leading experts on cognitive neuroscience and neuropsychology. She’s also an author of several books including “Cleaning Up Your Mental Mess”, which I highly recommend.

Questions from this interview:

  1. How common is it for women entering midlife to suddenly start experiencing more anxiety and depression? How can this have an impact on our physical health?
  2. What is neuroplasticity and what can it do for us? I’ve heard you mention the magical 63 days marker. Why 63 days?
  3. Can you briefly describe the 5 step neurocycle process that can help reduce anxiety and depression?
  4. How can we leverage these steps in our daily lifestyle, including our sleep, daily stressors, diet and exercise?
  5. As we wrap up I always like to leave women with one simple action step that they can put into place TODAY.
  6. What is one simple thought or tip that you would encourage everyone listening to implement?
