What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

I know it might sound weird, but did you know that if your gut, your GI-tract, is not in tip-top shape, it can completely impact your gynecological health, like the way your ovaries, uterus and pelvic floor muscles function?

And the sugar you’re eating can impact far more than just your weight, like your hormones. It’s all connected in very fascinating ways. Dr. Tabatha Barber is with us today… she’s a triple board certified gynecologist and functional medicine doctor that has an amazing perspective on this stuff. In fact, she’s known as the Gutsy Gynecologist, and she bridges the gap between conventional gynecology and functional medicine, helping you get to the root cause of your symptoms, rather than just scheduling you for a surgery or writing you another prescription. Turn this one up.. you might even want to listen a couple times.

Interview highlights:

I want to jump straight in to this conversation, because as a board certified gynecologist, you actually now spend most of your work helping women get clarity on issues with their body that always feel so confusing. Most of the women listening right now are perimenopausal or post-menopausal, and it all gets SO confusing and frustrating.

  1. I hear from women all the time that they’re constantly getting conflicting advice and they don’t know where to start or where to turn. What issues are you seeing to be the most confusing for women?
  2. What are 2 or 3 things that we might be hearing from our conventional doctor that you don’t agree with and/or it’s simply not helpful advice?
  3. How does our gut health impact our gyn health?
  4. One area that has so many conflicting opinions is cholesterol. Whenever I mention to ladies in their 50s, 60s and 70s that I eat 3 eggs every morning, they freak out and think that my cholesterol must be so high. You recently did a fantastic episode talking about cholesterol. So, once and for all, is cholesterol in our diet something we have to be very concerned about, or is there something else that’s the bigger villain?
  5. What are the top two lifestyle changes that women in their 40s, 50s and 60s should be paying attention to?
  6. Ok, to wrap up I always like to leave women with one simple action step that they can put into place TODAY. What is one simple thought or tip that you would encourage everyone listening to implement?
