What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

He’s only 42 and he’s already had two back surgeries…

Not only that, but he’s actually a personal trainer, too! So this is not somebody who was out of shape, necessarily. I asked Brad Williams to come on with us today. Brad has over 14 years of personal training experience and specializes in the over 40 age group. He’s the host of the Over 40 Fitness Hacks podcast, and he has some really great wisdom to share that he learned from his experience with his back injury and now training for longevity.

Some of the questions I asked Brad…

  1. Brad, you’re a long time personal trainer, you’re in your early 40’s and yet you have had two back surgeries. I feel like we don’t often get to hear the stories about personal trainers getting injured, which absolutely DOES happen, so I gotta hear this story. What led up to you having two back surgeries?
  2. Looking back now, is there anything you wish you would have done differently before those surgeries? (Could they have been prevented somehow?)
  3. Having gone through those surgeries and the recovery process, what were some of the biggest lessons that you learned about your body?
  4. I want to talk about quality of movement vs. quantity. Did you personally ever care more about quantity? And how are you seeing this contrast in beliefs/values play out in the people that you train?
  5. Do you think that quality of movement is more important for someone who is over 40?
  6. So how, in a practical sense, can one go about improving the quality of their movement? What are some things to focus on and think about during a workout?
  7. What advice would you give to somebody who is impatient with the process and the journey they’re on, and maybe sacrificing quality because of that?
