What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Bone Density. Osteopenia. Osteoporosis.

If these things aren’t on your radar yet, they need to be. In fact, May is Osteoporosis Awareness Month!

Women can lose up to 20% of their body density during midlife, leading to serious fractures and massive injuries.

Dr. Kristi DeSapri is joining me on the podcast today. She is a board certified internist that specializes in midlife women’s health, specifically osteoporosis. Her specialty is bones, and today she’s going to educate us all about our bones, what we need to be aware of and how we can make them as strong as possible.

In the show, Dr. Kristi DeSapri discusses the underappreciation of bone health and osteoporosis in midlife women's health issues. She emphasizes the importance of early prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, as bone loss is often not equated with midlife changes. Dr. DeSapri recommends starting bone health conversations and assessments earlier, rather than waiting until the age of 65 as recommended by medical guidelines. She highlights the significance of understanding bone physiology, risk factors for bone loss, and the role of hormones in maintaining bone density. Dr. DeSapri also discusses lifestyle factors, such as exercise and nutrition, that can help prevent bone loss and maintain bone health.
