What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Do you hate to exercise and workout?

You dread it and have always struggled to get motivated…because it doesn’t feel good! Plus, you’re always hoping that your workouts will change how you look, and it just never seems to accomplish that!

So frustrating.

I was recently interviewed by Dr. Tabatha Barber on the Gutsy Gynecologist podcast. She asked me why women often have such a strong negative association with exercise, and why, because of that, we struggle with motivation and staying consistent.

Not only that, but women everywhere are frustrated and discontent in their bodies. They look in the mirror and wished more than anything that their body looked different. She also asked me how women can overcome these negative feelings and finally be content in their own skin.

This interview with Dr. Tabatha was so good that I asked her if I could have the recording to share with you today.

In this conversation we cover topics like:

  • how to change your negative association with exercise and overcome the perpetual “dread” of working out
  • What is exercise and how will it matter 30, 40, 50 years from now
  • The 3 main body types - a clear and descriptive breakdown of each type
  • What to do if you don’t know your type or aren’t quite sure
  • My favorite tips for enhancing each body type and what you can be focusing on RIGHT NOW.

I hope you enjoy this slightly different format where the tables are turned and you’re hearing me get interviewed!

If you enjoy this and have an aha! moment, be sure to pass it along to a friend that you know will love it, too.
