What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

What do you do when you wake up one day and you realize you’re miserable in your own body?

Your back “goes out” constantly, your wedding ring doesn’t fit anymore, and you’ve lost all trust in any program or product that says it could help you. Your chiropractor even mentions offhand that you should probably do more planks, and you’re thinking in your head “HOW? I can’t do a plank!”

Well, I asked Janelle Dee, a mom of 4 who’s in her 40’s, to hop on the show with me today. I’ve been coaching her now for about a year, and she’s had many of these exact moments of feeling miserable in her body.

We usually hear stories on podcasts that are all about the victory, the win, the achievements. The person that’s doing 80 push-ups at 80 years old. Or “Yay, you’ve lost 30 pounds and feel amazing! Tell us how you did it!” I think it’s rare to hear from someone that’s in the messy middle of their journey. And I think we need more of these exact conversations.

You’re instantly going to love how vulnerable Janelle is, and honestly this chat is just so encouraging.

Some questions from this interview:

When I reached out to you see if you’d be willing to come chat with me on the podcast, would you say you were baffled? I know as your coach that you probably consider yourself “mid-journey” - still figuring certain things out and feeling like you still have a ways to go. We’re so used to seeing the big transformation stories, the before and afters. But that’s exactly why I think it’s valuable to peel back the curtain and let other women see the realness of another person’s story, mid-journey.

  1. You’re not at the starting line, and if you don’t consider yourself at the finish line yet, where would you put yourself along this trek?
  2. Thinking back to the beginning, why did you even start? What were some of your goals? Have you accomplished any of them?
  3. You always have such a great sense of humor! Have there been many comical moments throughout this process for you? Anything specific?
  4. How are you viewing your self-care differently now than you have in the past?
  5. What thoughts and feelings did you have about fitness, nutrition and your body before?
  6. What other methods did you try in the past?
  7. This has been far more than a physical journey for you - I know it has also been deeply spiritual in so many ways. What is the connection like for you between how you take care of your body and your individual walk with the Lord?
  8. In what ways have you learned to give yourself grace with your fitness and nutrition?
  9. To wrap up I always like to leave women with one simple action step that they can put into place TODAY.
  10. What is one simple thought or tip that you would encourage everyone listening to take to heart?
