What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Are you living in constant pain?

Something that really breaks my heart is when I hear about how many women just live their lives in constant pain - and maybe that’s you. You  deal with it, work around it, and believe that this is how your body is now.

Well, I invited Dr. Jen Fraboni on with us today, and she specializes in helping people overcome chronic pain. You may already know her or follow her online - She’s the super popular DocJenFit, and is an internationally-renown physical therapist that brings a unique, whole body approach to strength, mobility and pain-free living. This was one of my favorite interviews, because we talked a little bit about sciatica pain, SI joint pain, and even pelvic floor health, but it was when she said that there is something we do without realizing it that increases our pain…well, that’s when my ears really perked up and we had to park on it for a bit. You’re going to really love this.

Some of the questions we cover in this episode:

  1. A lot of people live with pain everyday and sweep it under the rug, as if it’s normal to be experiencing pain. What are some of the dangers of not dealing with your pain and trying to work around it?
  2. Can you explain the difference between chronic pain and acute pain?
  3. Let’s specifically talk about the two big ones: sciatica and SI joint pain.
  4. How is sciatica and SI joint pain related, and how are they different?
  5. What are the biggest myths about sciatica, and then what are the biggest myths about SI joint pain?
  6. Can the health of your pelvic floor impact sciatica and SI joint dysfunction?
  7. What should be someone’s plan of action if they’re dealing with this?
  8. What are things like adjustments and manipulations doing to the body when we hear that pop? Should we be trying to achieve that “pop”?
  9. What is something everyone should be adding in to help reduce their overall pain and tension?
  10. Where can we go to grab some of your resources and learn more from you?
