What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

I’m going to be completely honest with you -

For me, the idea of meal planning and prepping is overwhelming, and most weeks, I just never do it. And it does make it infinitely more challenging to eat healthy meals.

I’ve invited Laurie Palau on the show with us today - and she is the organizing and decluttering queen. Laurie Palau is the author of the book HOT MESS: A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO GETTING ORGANIZED, she is the host of the popular weekly podcast, This ORGANIZED Life and founder of Simply B Organized.

Her advice has been featured in Real Simple magazine, Better Homes & Gardens & The New York Times. And she is a genius when it comes to getting organized with meals. The other thing I love is that she’s also figured out how to navigate meal planning and prepping with a mostly empty nest now AND a husband that eats very different than her.

Grab a pen and paper, take some notes, and here we go!

In all my years coaching women in fitness and nutrition, I have discovered one universal truth: You’re either going to have fitness come more easily to you OR nutrition come more easily, but rarely both. For me, it’s definitely the fitness piece.

So when it comes to meal planning, I always feel like a “hot mess”, even though I know good nutrition and I know what to eat. But I am not the best one with meal prepping and planning hacks. So I want you to help us with that today.

Questions covered in this interview with Laurie Palau:

  1. Let’s be really clear: what’s the difference between meal planning and meal prepping?
  2. Where should we start if we feel like a hot mess with the meal planning part?
  3. What are your top 3 favorite strategies for meal prepping to make our lives easier throughout the week? And is it possible to meal prep for the week in under an hour?
  4. What helpful tips can you offer when different family members eat different things (example: your husband is vegetarian)?
  5. When we enter new and different seasons of life, it feels like our methods have to switch. I’ve heard from a lot of women that say they had a pretty good routine in place with meals when their kids were little and at home. But then the kids go to high school and have crazy schedules, and then the kids leave altogether and you’re now only cooking for two. You’ve experienced this shift with your two grown-ish girls…how have you navigated this?
  6. Ok lastly, I feel like if our kitchen is a complete mess and we have clutter falling out of the cupboards, it’s going to make healthy eating so much harder. Where should we start?
