What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

We're going to cover A LOT of ground on today's episode, because we're answering your questions!! Last week on my social feeds I asked if you had any questions you'd like me to answer, and you came through...big time!

So let's talk all about:

  • meal planning with kids that are picky and/or have food allergies,
  • full fat vs. nonfat dairy products,
  • why meal skipping is a bad idea (hint: it's NOT actually because of your metabolism!),
  • why timing your carbs around your workouts is helpful,
  • how progesterone and estrogen affect our eating habits and workouts,
  • estrogen dominance,
  • postpartum exercises to do and to avoid,
  • how to perform a perfect plank (proper breathing included!)
  • having an identity crisis as a young mom,
  • my own experience coaching someone with an eating disorder.

Wow, we cover a lot on this one!
