The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

I have found that the most helpful thing with fitness and nutrition is to learn from those that have gone before us. It's good to know the facts and the strategies, but when we can see how a professional is actually doing it, how they are specifically implementing these things, then it clicks even more.
In this episode, you're going to get a behind-the-scenes look at what a professional's own workouts actually look like!
I'm going to pull you into my workout space and show you how I train. You'll find out how I lay out my own personal workouts, what my week of workouts look like, and how long I train. And there are certain things that I allow myself to be flexible with, whereas I have a handful of aspects that are completely non-negotiable.
I'll reveal my complete training history (including a random, terrible triathlon!), and even all the injuries that I've battled. We'll chat about yoga, running, weightlifting, goal setting, and so much more!
You're going to love this episode!
YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED!
At the end of the show, I'm answering listener questions:
1. Sara asks - "I feel a cold coming on. Should I do my workout as planned or should I just rest?"
2. Mandy asks - "What’s the best thing to do for shin splints? I can’t seem to beat this…whenever I try to run they come back."
