What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Are you in a TOUGH season right now? Do you feel stretched thin and bombarded by anxiety, worry, discouragement and depression? If so, I bet your health and fitness is a slog - you feel like you’ve got way more pressing matters to deal with than your own self-care. But still, you feel like that’s one more thing that you’re failing at.

Today, I’m bringing Angie Frey on the show with me. Angie found herself hit with the most challenging season of her life. She was so consumed with worry that she was skipping meals, she even started smoking again, and was completely neglecting her body. She felt like a failure on every level.

However, Angie learned some lessons about the connection between her self-care routine and her mental health. Today, you’ll hear how she pulled herself up and got moving again, and where she is today.

If you feel like your health and fitness is one more category that you’re failing in, this encouraging episode is for YOU.

Questions from this episode…

Hey Angie, welcome to the podcast!

You’re a mom to a blended family of 6, a grandma, and the founder of the nonprofit organization Pathways to Hope Network. Now, this is super cool and plays a big role in our conversation today about your own fitness journey, so….

  • Can you tell us real quick what Pathways to Hope is all about?

There must be a personal connection here for you. My mom is a chaplain at the women’s county jail and her heart for working with the broken, struggling women there stems from her own stories of abuse and trauma.

  • What led you to having a heart for other moms that have a teenager in crisis?
  • What impact did this have on your mental health? How were you taking care of your body during that season of life?
  • How were you able to make the connection between your mental health and your self-care habits and fitness?
  • What changes took place in your life once you made that connection, and what do your health and fitness habits look like now?

Ok, to wrap up I always like to leave moms with one simple action step that they can put into place TODAY.

  • What is one simple thought or tip that you would encourage everyone listening to make an effort to implement?
  • Angie, where can we go to learn more about Pathways to Hope and your podcast?
