What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

How To Create A Daily Routine That Works For You

Exercise was always a struggle for her. Eating healthy came easy, but working out did not. It felt like punishment - a constant game against the food she ate and her body that she was trying to change. Until one day, her mindset shifted and she achieved the unimaginable: consistency and joy with exercise.

In this episode, I’m introducing you to Liz Revilla, a mom who was starting to wonder if she would ever be content in her body. What’s interesting about Liz is that she also happens to be a registered dietitian, and has an extensive history and experience with nutrition. But fitness, not her jam.

Listen in as we talk all about her experiences as an Endomorph, achieving her first real push-ups, finding consistency with workouts, and feeling stronger and healthier than ever. Liz also shares some amazing meal planning hacks that every mom should know!

Summary

Liz is amazing. Ok, the big takeaway that I want you to walk away from this conversation with is knowing and believing that YOU ARE ENOUGH. You can still be working on things, moving along and chasing after some progress, but at the end of the day those things do not determine your ultimate value and worth. Right now, you are enough. Your body type, your shape, and even the habits that come naturally to you. And it’s totally ok if working out does NOT come naturally to you!

The other big takeaway...and I’m definitely going to be working on this one...is meal planning on Fridays! WHAT?! That’s a game changer. If you know that’s going to be a game changer for you, too, let me know...shoot me a DM and tell me if you’re going to do the Liz method and start meal planning on Fridays, grocery shopping on Saturdays. That’s awesome.
