How to Stop Comparing Yourself to Others (and your past self)

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Feeling trapped in the deadly, motivation-destroying comparison game?

It could be with other women, but maybe it’s with your own self…your own body.

My guest today was constantly looking back at how strong and fit she was back in the day, before she had kids (twins!), and just felt disappointed about where her body was now. As a former athlete, she felt like she had lost it all throughout her mothering years.

I’m talking with Sarah Hauser, a busy mom just like you that was really hard on herself and kept comparing - forcing herself to keep doing what she had always done before. And it wasn’t until she finally broke down and did something VERY SPECIFIC that allowed her to get past that comparison trap. We chat about:

  • What drove her all-or-nothing behaviors
  • The pitfalls of trying to force an old workout routine into a new season of life
  • Running and half marathons
  • Postpartum depression and Postpartum anxiety
  • Diastasis Recti and postpartum fitness
  • Refusing to ask for help

This is one of the best conversations I’ve had. You’re going to love it.
