What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Teaching your kids good exercise habits to last a lifetime

What was exercise like for you as a kid? Was it modeled well in your home? Did you play sports and learn about your body in a healthy way? Or did you have to relearn and figure out healthy exercise habits when you became an adult? Regardless of your own experience growing up, I want to help you pave the way for your own kids so they can have a healthy relationship with exercise for the rest of their life.

Today, on part one of a new series all about leaving a healthy legacy for our kids, Scott and I talk about what’s most important with kids and exercise. We’re digging into:

  • Teaching them how to have the right attitude about exercise
  • How you can model good behavior
  • Age appropriate exercise
  • Whether or not you should teach your kids about body types

If you’re longing to have a healthy, fitness-focused home environment, this is the episode for you!!
