What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Taboo topic? Not anymore! Problems with peeing, pooping, and painful sex are common after pregnancy and later in life. But common doesn’t mean normal. And as Sara says, “adult diapers are not your destiny!”

Today, we’re answering all the embarrassing questions about “down there” that you’ve never had the guts to ask or even knew to ask.

Sara Reardon, aka The Vagina Whisperer, is one of the most well-known pelvic floor physical therapists in America. She has over 15 years experience helping women with pelvic floor issues, particularly surrounding painful intercourse, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and staying dry and painfree in our later years.

We chat all things pelvic floor, including:

  • The top tips she wishes EVERY woman knew about her pelvic floor
  • All about power peeing and proper pooping
  • How to know if your vaginal pain is due to dryness, scar tissue or muscle tension
  • What “drinking a smoothie” has to do with kegels
  • Hover peeing, thongs, and Squatty Potties

This episode is for you if you’ve haven’t had babies yet, you’re pregnant or postpartum, or your pregnancy years are well behind you. If you have a pelvic floor (which you do), you need this episode!
