What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

What do you do when you know all the rules… you have all the education… you’ve got all the information you could ever need to be a healthy person, but you still can’t make it work? You find yourself saying, “I know what I should be doing, I just can’t do it”. Well - you might just need to untrain your brain and think about things completley differently. My guest today is Jamie Leff Choi, a mom of two little kids who is also a registered dietitian and is married to a physical therapist. You’d think she’d have it all figured out, have great, healthy habits, and never need a coach. But that just wasn’t the case. She had to completely untrain her brain and dismantle a lot of what she had learned from her nutrition background and from her years of intense training to finally become a mom that was healthy in a sustainable way. Even if you’re not a professional in the health industry, this discussion and the mindset work we’re going to talk about is extremely relatable to your life right now. I can’t wait for you to hear this…

Digging in:

Here are some of the questions and topics that Jamie and I discussed today:

You are a registered dietitian and you’re married to a physical therapist. It sounds like you two are a power couple! Can you share more about your background in dietetics?

I’m excited about this conversation because on the surface, it sounds like all the cards are you in your favor - with nutrition and healthy physical movements. But that’s not exactly the case.

  1. How has all that NOT worked in your favor and how have you had to untrain your brain from dietetics training and years of specified training?
  2. What was the specific mindset around diet and exercise that you had been missing all along? How was this new mindset the key to your success?
  3. Accomplishing major mindset shifts is a really hard thing to do. We can be so stubborn and set in our ways! How were you able to create this change in your thinking?
  4. Can you share any stories or examples of when you have caught yourself sliding back into old ways of thinking? What keeps you moving forward in those moments?
  5. Let’s talk more about exercise and mental health - what’s the connection between these two things for you?

FUN Rapid Fire questions for you:

  1. The most helpful nutrition tip you’ve ever learned?
  2. Your favorite “Megan” exercise?
  3. Your LEAST favorite “Megan” exercise?
  4. Where do you see yourself 3 years from now?

To wrap up

  1. Ok, to wrap up I always like to leave moms with one simple action step or piece of encouragement that they can put into place TODAY.
  2. What is one simple thought or tip that has made the biggest impact in your life that you want to leave with the listener?
