What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

I need you to buckle up, because we are going to tackle a LOT of mindset struggles that you’ve been having about your self-care lately. We’re talking about the comparison game, tying all of your success to a number, waiting for all of your ducks to be in a row before taking action, and discovering what’s actually sustainable and life giving for you to do everyday.

Today, you’re getting to meet my dear friend Krista Treadway. She’s a homeschooling mom that fiercely loves Jesus and her family, and has experienced her fair share of struggles with that comparison game, prioritizing her body and showing up to take care of it consistently. She’s also going to reveal her extremely powerful secret to what keeps her going on the days when she doesn’t want to show up. And it’s a trick that you probably need, too!

This is SUCH a good conversation that you’re going to have to put on repeat.

Some of the big questions that I asked Krista were:

You found your emotions fairly beaten and raw after the happenings of 2020/2021 and it left you feeling like each day was in survival mode...Just get through this day and go to the next. You could have given up a million times. What was driving you to NOT give up? Your main WHY/motivation?

Have your goals changed over the years? Have you experienced a shift in your priorities at all?

What does self care mean for you right now in this season of life? Why is prioritizing it important for recalibrating your emotional and physical health?

What do your self care habits look like for you right now as a busy mom? Specifically regarding your workouts, how are you making it happen?

What have you accomplished or what can you do now that makes you really proud?

How have you felt your heart change the most? How has God been speaking to you the most?

We’re all works in progress… where do you see yourself 6 months/6 years from now? Can you see yourself still doing what you’re doing now? Why?

You’re 3 years in to this... So, what advice and encouragment do you have for the mom out there who may be in the same position that you were, before Strong Mommas?

Some amazing quotes from this episode:

"I spent so many years tying everything to a number. That desperation really begins to set in."

"I needed my kids to be able to have a mom that’s healthy and strong and has joy."

"I feel strong, I feel capable, and I’m proud of that."

"God was really showing me how much I need other people, a good strong community of other women. I kept wanting to do this on my own."
