What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Doesn’t it feel like eating healthy gets super complicated, real quick? Everyday you’re being convinced that macro splits, intermittent fasting, certain supplements, and hitting an ideal calorie count is going to be the magic bullet for your success. It’s exhausting and overwhelming. And if I had to guess, what you really want is just to eat healthy, have a body that feels good, and not be a slave to the process for the rest of your life.

Well, that’s been my mission all along...to help you find that food freedom. But I’m not the only one that’s leading the charge on this. God’s got several of us experts in this industry that are pointing women like you toward that health and freedom.

I’ve got Clara Collie on the show with me today - and you might already know her from the super popular IG account foodfitnessandfaith. Clara is a registered dietitian and personal trainer that wholeheartedly believes that we were created to be stewards of our body, not slaves to how they look or slaves to complicated eating tactics.

This conversation is a special one for me. As two professionals trying to make a stand in a very dark industry that’s riddled with vanity metrics and dieting pressures, we dig in deep into what it looks like to actually find food freedom. And yes, this applies even if you have weight loss goals. Be sure to stick around all the way to the end because Clara is going to share some really great nutrition tips, too AND her favorite chocolate cake recipe. Ok, without further ado...here we go.

Here are some of the questions I ask Clara:

I’m excited about this conversation because so many women are slaves to their bodies and the methods/strategies of trying to reach perfection. I’m constantly reminded of Christ’s incredible statement when He said, “I have come to set the captives free”, and I can’t help but think that so many women in our culture today are not free.

  1. In what ways do you think women are being held in slavery or are captive to their bodies, fitness and nutrition?
  2. Why do you think people struggle so much when it comes to wellness?
  3. How has the nutrition industry in particular set up so many women for frustration, discouragement, and ultimately slavery?
  4. What do you think are the steps on the path to food freedom for women? What about fitness freedom?
  5. Can you walk us through some of the biggest mindset shifts we need to embrace with our nutrition and eating habits?
  6. I love what you say about being created by God to be a steward of our bodies, not a slave to how they look or work. Can you expound on this?
  7. How can we find balance and especially learn patience in a world that glorifies quick fixes and grandiose results?
  8. I work with so many women, and I’m sure you do too, that really do have some weight to lose or progress to make in order to be healthy. How can she make sure she’s making progress and getting healthier without getting sidetracked by vanity metrics?
  9. A lot of my listeners would put themselves in that category (of needing some weight loss to be healthy): When you’re working with clients like this, what are the very first nutrition steps that you would encourage her to take?

FUN Rapid Fire questions for you:

  1. What’s your favorite 15 minute weeknight meal?
  2. What is one ingredient that you ALWAYS make sure is on your plate?
  3. Let’s settle this debate once and for all: Does having high cholesterol come from eating too many eggs?
  4. What is something that the nutrition industry has way overcomplicated?
  5. What’s your absolute favorite dessert and why?

[HOW TO / TAKEAWAYS]

Ok, to wrap up I always like to leave moms with one simple action step that they can put into place TODAY.

  1. What is one simple thought or tip that you would encourage everyone listening to implement at their very next meal?
