What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

You want details?! I'm giving you details. And lots of them!!

So, how does your menstrual cycle affect your eating habits, your hunger, and your cravings? How does it affect your ability to workout hard and get the most from your training sessions? And how does it affect your mood and enthusiasm?

The truth is that your menstrual cycle can impact just about everything, so it's foolish to ignore it and not plan for it effectively.

On this episode, we're going to chat all about the menstrual cycle. You'll learn that there are reasonable explanations and solutions for something that can feel so completely unreasonable at times.

You'll learn about:

  • the main phases of our cycle and the primary hormones that are in play,
  • the specific effect those hormones have on our hunger, cravings, energy, and mood,
  • how to be more prepared with your nutrition,
  • and how to organize your month of workouts around your cycle.

We'll also briefly talk about not having a regular menstrual cycle and what that might be indicating for you.
