What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

What if you knew you were doing ALL the right things, but your body had a mind of its own?

You suddenly have serious brain fog, body fatigue, joint pain, and dramatic weight gain. That can feel soooo discouraging, and make you either want to give up on your body or frantically search for answers.

Today, we’re giving you answers.

I brought Dr. Emily Kiberd on podcast with me today, a chiropractor who’s been working with ladies with thyroid issues for years. She herself has Hashimoto’s, a thyroid autoimmune disease, and she helps ladies living with thyroid issues learn now to work out, eat well, and not experience that 1 step forward, 3 steps back feeling.

Dr. Kiberd is a chiropractor since 2007, and founder of Thyroid Strong, a home workout program to help ladies living with Hashimoto's learn how to work out without the burn out. She has been featured in Vogue, Elle, Women's Health, and Fortune magazine for her expertise in movement, injury prevention and ergonomics.

We’re talking all about thyroid disorders like Hashimoto’s, hypothryroidism, and more, plus giving you tips and solutions so you can feel your best.

If you’re confused about your thyroid or have just been in a battle with your body, don’t give up… here are the answers you’ve been looking for.

Some questions that we cover in this interview:

  1. What is the main difference between Hashimoto’s and Hypothyroidism?
  2. What are the biggest challenges for women that have thyroid issues like Hashimoto’s?
  3. What kinds of thing have you noticed in your clinical practice when treating women with Hashimoto's….from a movement and strength perspective?
  4. Weight gain is a clear frustration for women with thyroid issues like Hashimoto’s. And I know a lot of women feel desperate and frustrated, and automatically turn to cardio. Our age-old weight loss standby. Why should we lose this idea of only doing cardio to lose weight with Hashimoto's?
  5. Why is resistance training and prioritizing building muscle over losing fat so important if you have Hashimoto’s?
  6. How do we walk this fine line of working out with Hashimoto's and challenging ourselves but not pushing ourselves into a Hashi flare up or extreme fatigue?
  7. What is one simple thought or tip that you want the women listening to takeaway from this conversation?
